Q. I am a reseller. Should I worry about you selling direct to my customer?
A. NO! PTI focuses only on distributors, OEMs, VARs and other reseller channels. We do not solicit business from the end user. IF you need assistance in the selling process, we will be happy to assist you but only upon your request. Our focus is on becoming your primary resource, helping you to create additional revenue streams and profits.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Absolutely! When your account is set up in our database—on or offline, we establish an individual discount for you based on the products, frequency, shipping or other specific needs that you might have. Pricing is customized to maximize your needs as a distributor or reseller.

Q. Do I need to establish credit with you prior to my first order?
A. You can always place a rush order via credit card; but we strongly encourage you to establish create an account with us. This allows you to receive multiple discounts based on your product needs, frequency of order, shipping requirements etc. The more we know about your needs, the more we are able to customize our service to match what your customer requires of you.
Q. How do I get a credit application?
A. Download our account application here, print, complete and fax to 317.299.2325. Your credit and account can be setup/completed within 24 hours.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Stock, unprinted orders ship within 48 hours of order receipt, and if urgent, can often ship the same day. Custom printed orders ship typically ship within 15 working days after we receive your approved printing proof (sample of what your order will look like). If your order will take longer than 15 working days, we will notify you in advance so that we can discuss other alternatives, if necessary.

Q. What if I need to make changes after my order is placed? My clients seem to do this frequently.

Q. How do your price colors when sensor marks are involved?
A. PTI frequently prints sensor marked products. Our stock blank rolls for equipment that requires a sensor mark comes with a preprinted sensor mark. For custom jobs, if there is black printing on the same side as the senor, it still counts as a one-color, one-side, black-only job. If the sensor mark is on the other side from your printed message/logo, it will be considered a two-color, two-side job.
Q. Can you ship orders to multiple locations?
A. Yes! Simply enter your instructions when you place your order. We also can split shipments based on due dates as well as location needs.
Q. Can I order online?
A. We are currently completing our online ordering system which includes all of the details and nuances of your account, setup just the way you want it with discounts, frequency, product history, etc. We will send you an email when our online ordering system is ready to go.
