One color logos can be submitted as a high resolution file in any of the formats noted below, or as a TIF file with the PMS color designation if applicable. Adobe PDF files in black (only) are acceptable. Multiple color images should be submitted in one of the following formats with color separation or high resolution TIF files with color separations. Colors should be SPOT colors using Pantone Uncoated CYMK color descriptions. MAC and PC format are accepted. • PageMaker 6.5 or above • Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or above • Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or above • Quark Express 5.0 or above RGB files and .JPG files are NOT accepted. Send artwork files to info@ptionaroll.com. Proofing Process Upon receipt of art files, PTI will create a color proof for approval and email it to you in PDF format. This proof will show the exact layout to be printed. Colors illustrated on the proof may not exactly match PMS colors referenced due to proofing/materials/processes, but the PMS colors will be matched on press. A hard copy proof will be sent overnight service upon request. Please note that any required changes on your proof and return via email to info@ptionaroll.com or fax to 317.299.2325. A revised proof, if required, will be sent out within 24 hours.
